After struggling with septic tank issues, and multiple other flakey providers, Matr came to the rescue. He came to assess the situation, and immediately seemed knowledgeable about the root cause of the issue rather than the other vague responses we had be told by other people with other companies. Within the week or so he was able to come out and install the fix that we needed. It has been about a month now and we have not had any issues at all.

Matt was incredibly courteous and professional, helped us get a system put in very quickly once all the permitting was done which those delays were from the city not him. The work was done quickly and professionally and at a reasonable price.

Despite the other 1 star reviews please realize that small businesses have to charge a minimum service fee and when youre working with rural areas there is quite a bit of cost involved with just "showing up for 5 minutes". I say this as a business owner who has had to manage many people call me out for something that is not at all in my scope of practice and effectively waste my time.

Matt and his crew were very professional. Answered all our questions and performed the work on time and exactly as they had quoted even added an extra dump station for our rv. Left the area in better shape than prior to the septic installation. Would highly recommend.

Had the blower go out on my septic system. Worked with another company to try to get it fixed. After 3 months of me calling every week, finally gave up and went with A&M Septic. Within an hour, they had the part secured and a quote written. Within a day, they had people on site and the system was fully repaired. Wishing that I would have went with this company to begin with, would have save a lot of stress on my part.

As for the workers, they were on time, polite and professional. Additionally, with me being a first time septic system owner, they were willing to answer a handful of questions that I had about the use and maintenance of the system. Extremely helpful.

Matt provided extremely quick, next morning, service and got the problem resolved. Reasonable price, great service, and would highly recommend to anyone else with a septic issue.

He came out immediately on a Sunday to tell us what was wrong. We needed Roto Rooter, so he made an appointment for them to come out the very next day. He was such a help when we had no idea what to do!

Matt is a very dedicated individual that will work tirelessly to get the job done right. We have more work to do so we will have him do the rest for us.

We were having trouble with our septic system and called a competitor of A&M three different times. They told us over the phone three different times that there was no problem with our system, it was just a wet year (without ever coming to look at our system). When I called A&M, they responded immediately - inspected the system the very next day and discovered the distribution box was completely corroded and not functioning. They arranged for our system to be pumped by ALL STAR Pumping (also great work!) and replaced the distribution box - problem solved within two working days! The results were obvious in our yard within a couple days. Great professionalism, great service, and great value. Don't settle for less with the competitors, A&M Septic does great work.
